	A mother-tongue interpreter will be at your disposal so to be sure you understand each words we will tell you and to answer any question you would like to ask.
	An experienced project manager will be at your disposal without extra cost and give you all the info about buildings, location and technical writings.
	You will also have a lawyer and a consultant at your disposal without extra cost. They will help you throughout the legal and economic process and will make you easy to carry out the bureaucratic papers.

Prices and Payment

Properties prices starts from €120.000,00. Prices change according to floor, garden and garage box square meters, to the quality of the finish you will choose and to the position of the property.

The development and the building process of these houses are covered by a 10 years insurance policy. When signing the property contract you have to pay €5.000 (five thousand) on account. You will begin to pay the remainder 3 months after the signing of the contract and you can choose your favourite.
